25X150 total booth space (including tents, product displays, chairs, tables, etc.) This space gives you a footprint for up to 8 vehicles on display plus a 20x20 tent. Each booth vehicle MUST register under "Vendor Booth Vehicle Entry" in order to enter whether being judged or not. Company logo on event tshirts, flyers, website and social media announcements. • Platinum Vendor Booth Space - $550

25X120 total booth space (including tents, product displays, chairs, tables, etc.) This space gives you a footprint for up to 6 vehicles on display plus a 20x20 tent. • Gold Vendor Booth Space - $400

25X75 total booth space (including tents, product displays, chairs, tables, etc.) This space gives you a footprint for up to 4 vehicles on display plus a 10x10 tent. • Silver Vendor Booth Space - $300

• Bronze Vendor Booth Space - $200

EVENT TIMELINE:

Friday, 1/13

• Vendor Set Up: 11 AM - 4 PM

Saturday, 1/14

• Show Set Up: 7 AM - 9:30 AM

• Show Open to Public: 10 AM

• Judging Begins at 10 AM

• Awards: 4:30 PM

I will be filling the general truck registration parking area from FRONT TO BACK so the earlier you get to the grounds, the better spot you will get. We will start filling at 7AM SHARP!

RULES

1. We ask that you PLEASE be respectful of the city of Weatherford (this is RP Elite's home town!), the Heritage Park venue grounds, business' and others show vehicles. We want to be able to bring this show to Weatherford each year!

2. No BURNOUTS, loud music or engine revving

3. No stock vehicles or trailers allowed on show grounds

4. No 4 wheelers, side by sides, ATV's, dirt bikes or golf carts allowed unless they are registered for the show and are not permitted on sidewalks or roads.

5. No cruising on show grounds. Show vehicles must stay parked in their assigned spot.

6. No drugs, glass bottles or containers.
