ABOUT THE EVENT
A Matt Edmondson Production & Hosted by RP Elite Motors & Marine.
All proceeds will be going to Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center - Children Healthcare of Atlanta.
This show is FREE ADMISSION FOR SPECTATORS that want to come out and see awesome trucks & meet great people.
Vehicle Registration:
Registration - $25/vehicle. Whether your vehicle is in a vendor booth or not, all vehicles in the show will need to be registered.
Vendor Alley is SOLD OUT but other areas are available if you are interested in having a vendor booth at the show. Email info@rpelite.com if interested.
We will have food trucks on-site, plenty of giveaways & an award ceremony. Come check out some awesome vehicles, business' and meet some amazing people!
EVENT TIMELINE:
Friday, 1/12
• Vendor Set Up: 11 AM - 4 PM
Saturday, 1/13
• Show Set Up: 7 AM - 9:30 AM
• Show Open to Public: 10 AM
• Judging Begins at 10 AM
• Awards: 4:30 PM
I will be filling the general truck registration parking area from FRONT TO BACK so the earlier you get to the grounds, the better spot you will get. We will start filling at 7AM SHARP!

RULES
1. We ask that you PLEASE be respectful of the city of Weatherford (this is RP Elite's home town!), the Heritage Park venue grounds, business' and others show vehicles. We want to be able to bring this show to Weatherford each year!
2. No BURNOUTS, loud music or engine revving
3. No stock vehicles or trailers allowed on show grounds
4. No 4 wheelers, side by sides, ATV's, dirt bikes or golf carts allowed unless they are registered for the show and are not permitted on sidewalks or roads.
5. No cruising on show grounds. Show vehicles must stay parked in their assigned spot.
6. No drugs, glass bottles or containers.
REGISTRATION
Vendor Booth Vehicle Entry
Must be approved by the vendor booth that you are registering before. If you are not approved, we will refund your ticket or switch to general registration if space is available. This ticket includes 1 vehicle to be entered into the vendor lot and to be judged for awards.
