All proceeds will be going to Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center - Children Healthcare of Atlanta.
This show is FREE ADMISSION FOR SPECTATORS that want to come out and see awesome trucks & meet great people.

Vehicle Registration:
Registration - $50/vehicle. Whether your vehicle is in a vendor booth or not, all vehicles in the show will need to be registered.
Vendor Booth & Sponsorship Opportunities:​
We have multiple vendor booth sizes & sponsor opportunities available. We have limited space so please be sure to reserve your vendor booth space ASAP! Booth space does NOT include booth vehicles. Each booth vehicle MUST register under "Vehicle Show Registration" and select "Vendor" in order to enter whether being judged or not.​​​

Not able to make it to the show? Sign up for this sponsorship to still have your logo on the event tshirt, flyer, exclusive social media post and event website.

We will be having raffles for items at the show (truck accessories, gift cards, tools, coolers, detail kits, etc.) All raffle ticket purchases for the items will be going directly to Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center. Winners will be announced at the Award Ceremony. Contact us about being a product sponsor.

• Diamond Vendor Booth Space
25X150 total booth space (including tents, product displays, chairs, tables, etc.) This space gives you a footprint for up to 8 vehicles on display plus a 20x20 tent. Booth space does NOT include booth vehicles. Each booth vehicle MUST register under "Vehicle Show Registration" and select "Vendor" in order to enter whether being judged or not.Company logo on event tshirts, flyers, website and social media announcements. • Platinum Vendor Booth Space
25X120 total booth space (including tents, product displays, chairs, tables, etc.) This space gives you a footprint for up to 6 vehicles on display plus a 20x20 tent. Booth space does NOT include booth vehicles. • Gold Vendor Booth Space
25X75 total booth space (including tents, product displays, chairs, tables, etc.) This space gives you a footprint for up to 4 vehicles on display plus a 10x10 tent. Booth space does NOT include booth vehicles. • Silver Vendor Booth Space

These packages are for companies who do not need vehicles in their booth. We have spaces available in 10x10, 10x20 or 20x20

We will have food trucks on-site, plenty of giveaways & an award ceremony. Come check out some awesome trucks, business' and meet some great people!
EVENT SCHEDULE:
Friday, January 10th:
• Vendor Set Up: 8AM - 12PM
• Open to Public: 12PM - 5PM
• Event Closes: 5 PM

Saturday, January 11th:
• Show Set Up: 8 AM - 10 AM
• Show Open to Public: 10 AM
• Judging Begins at 10:30 AM
• Awards Begin: 4:30 PM
We will be filling the general truck registration parking area from FRONT TO BACK so the earlier you get to the grounds, the better spot you will get. We will start filling at 8AM SHARP each day!

RULES
1. We ask that you PLEASE be respectful of the city of Weatherford (this is RP Elite's home town!), the Heritage Park venue grounds, business' and others show vehicles. We want to be able to bring this show to Weatherford each year!
2. No BURNOUTS, loud music or engine revving (Police will be present this year to enforce these rules!)
3. No stock vehicles or trailers allowed on show grounds
4. No 4 wheelers, side by sides, ATV's, dirt bikes or golf carts allowed unless they are registered for the show and are not permitted on sidewalks or roads.
5. No cruising on show grounds. Show vehicles must stay parked in their assigned spot.
6. No drugs, glass bottles or containers.
