NEW YEAR TRUCK FEST 2023
EVENT INFORMATION
A Matt Edmondson Production and hosted by RP Elite Motors & Marine.
All proceeds will be going to Aflac Cancer & Blood Disorders Center - Children Healthcare of Atlanta.
This show is FREE ADMISSION FOR SPECTATORS that want to come out and see awesome trucks & meet great people.
Vehicle Registration:
Registration - $25/vehicle. Whether your vehicle is in a vendor booth or not, all vehicles in the show will need to be registered.
Sponsorship & Vendor Booth Opportunities:
• Platinum Sponsor - $550
20X40 booth space (including tents, product displays, chairs, tables, etc.) w/ footprint for up to 6 vehicles on display. Vehicle owners must pay to register to be in the show. Company logo on event t-shirts, flyers, website and social media announcements. Deadline to have logo on t-shirt and flyer is November 30, 2022.
• Gold Sponsor: $350
20X20 booth space (including tents, product displays, chairs, tables, etc.) w/ footprint for up to 4 trucks on display. Vehicle owners must pay to register to be in the show. Company logo on event t-shirts, flyers, website and social media announcements. Deadline to have logo on t-shirt and flyer is November 30, 2022.
• Silver Sponsor: $150
10X10 booth space (including tents, product displays, chairs, tables, etc.) w/ footprint for up to 2 trucks on display. Vehicle owners must pay to register to be in the show. Company logo on event t-shirts, flyers, website and social media announcements. Deadline to have logo on t-shirt and flyer is November 30, 2022.

EVENT TIMELINE:
Friday, 1/13
• Early Vendor Set Up: 11 AM - 4 PM
Saturday, 1/14
• Show Set Up: 7 AM - 9:30 AM
• Show Open to Public: 10 AM
• Judging Begins at 10 AM
• Awards: 4:30 PM
I will be filling the general truck registration parking area from FRONT TO BACK so the earlier you get to the grounds, the better spot you will get. We will start filling at 7AM SHARP!

RULES
1. We ask that you PLEASE be respectful of the city of Weatherford (this is RP Elite's home town!), the Heritage Park venue grounds, business' and others show vehicles. We want to be able to bring this show to Weatherford each year!
2. No BURNOUTS, loud music or engine revving
3. No stock vehicles or trailers allowed on show grounds
4. No 4 wheelers, side by sides, ATV's, dirt bikes or golf carts allowed unless they are registered for the show and are not permitted on sidewalks or roads.
5. No cruising on show grounds. Show vehicles must stay parked in their assigned spot.
6. No drugs, glass bottles or containers.
